Mad weak with the supps yo! Speaking of, I squatted 225 x 3 last night. First time trying as I really don't have a good spotter to try heavy squats. My goal is goal is 275 all around...sqaut, deadlift, benchpress.

how much do you weigh again?

sounds like decent numbers

I on the other hand are trying to do more sumo deadlifting since my spine isn't too happy when i pull conventional. sump should keep me more upright during the lift so I don't put too much load on my spine

159lbs now. I lost 10lbs a few months ago, and have just maintained that. I want to lose 4-5 more honestly. I used to bench 275, but have lost it due to inconsistency from traveling.

My leg press is 540lbs, so I know I can squat more.

thats great for your size for sure. All of my compount lifts are way way down due to the lack of a gym membership for about a year. I had to make due with a tiny apartment gym. I'm embarrased to say I could probably one rep max my own body weight for squats... I need to make sure I keep doing legs lol.

My bench routine was great when I was separating it, and doing it twice a week. I try to maintain at least the core parts (chest, legs, back) each week based on my work schedule, and errands that must get done. I fill in the rest (shoulders, arms, etc) given available time. I have thse lazy days, but I don't think I'd stay away from the gym for a whole year. Most days, I'm pretty motivated to work out. How long I last at the gym is another story.

My work is offering a 6 week yoga class...should I do it?

I hurt my shoulders doing chest twice a week, but maybe I should consider trying it again. The only reason I didn't go to an actual gym for a year was because I really didn't feel like paying for a membership. They gym at my apartment complex got me through the year even though it lacks a bench and squat rack.

I need to get back into the compound lifts again though, it certainly shows where i am lacking strength wise relative to my smaller muscle groups that have held up just fine.
