If the TT'er is an Instructor, they would be able to take out a passenger. Only Instructor's can have passenger's with NASA, if it happens to be in TT, that's the driver's choice. Marc and Thai's video of NJMP drifting demonstrated that.

EMRA do TT with instructors also. Their tt program is basically DE with transponder. They don't even have open passing in TT

sad but true. they are about to be non existent tho. attendance has tanked. that being said they have a weekend at lightning 7/28-29 ill probably bail on work for just to get seat time...should be lots of open track and guaranteed trophy!

ill let you know if they still exist by then...they are at LRP this saturday and only 29 cars are registered right now. this event last year was full at like 80 or 85 cars if i recall...so i would think they are hemorrhaging money at this point.
