i think your fudgin numbers son. you need a real map sensor...ill zero it out and we'll see what your really runnin.

my gauge reads 1-2 psi higher than the ecu, cuz i zero'd the map on the local atmospheric pressure.

Scott's crash from Saturday

another view with data:

and slow-motion:

Amazing how far the car slid on the wet grass and also how much his body moved from such a slow impact.

TO me it doesn't look like he was too slow with his hand to recover... maybe he shouldn't have lifted so quickly or maybe it was the slicks he was on. I did the same thing in the same spot dozens of times that weekend, thankfully with different results.

Check out how much his body moves on the impact. I remember Scott told Thai the datalog showed him moving 25mph. Shows how important side impact protect is...thinking HANS and halo seat here. I'm just glad he is okay, and didn't seem too shaken up by it.

How do you zero out the map sensor? my top speed is 10 mph slower than my competitor with same HP/weight.

I was on a6 while chasing the brz. He was on hoho full slicks. I might have vids of running hoho on damp track. First time i ran that. The scary parts is parts of track was dry and parts was really wet which caught out a lot of guys and they went off. You have to adjust your speed before you hit the wet stuff, not while you're in it.

log the car with ignition on but engine not started, then take that value and plug it into the map sensor formula in the ROM. you really shouldnt be trusting it anyway tho since its in its inaccurate range. just get an omni 4 bar.

you should email me a third gear pull log i wanna drop it in VD and see what it gives.

pretty easy to sand bag 10mph with your right foot

I don't want 4 bar since in don't plan to run over 25 psi. I did try to by one from Marc but he can't find it.

I don't want to mess with the calibration cause thats what my tuner use.

Watch my vid and see if the boost would drop if I lifted. If you think I'm sand bagging, sign up for TT and protest me at the track and pay to put my car on dyno. I lost to my competor by over 1 second at lighting. Why woukd i sandbag to take a lost.

Compare my vid vs his and he's 12 mph faster than me at lightning.

Are VD number comparable to mustang or dynojet. I dyno on mustang and have to add 10 percent to my numbers for the class.
