meh...so i think my car came out of the shop with a boost leak.

as soon as i hit like 5psi there is a whistle but it almost seems to go away as i get deeper into boost. while it was in the shop, they took the pcv line that the previous owner has disconnected and put a stupid little filter on...so i dunno if that might be whistling?

dumb question, but any easy way to pressure test just the bov?

 

I usually check it with the rest of the piping. Considering you just had work done, better off checking it all anyway.

 

yeah my assumption is the intake and all ic piping was out, but im not sure, the clamps are lined up exactly how i had them.

never done a boost leak test...
