PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
**** y'all *****es. Aint nobody got time for dis ****. For ***** ****ing real yo.
I have a full time student that I need someone to kill for me. She's a total ****ing *****. I don't normally call girls *****es. You have to be a special kind of ******* to be a *****. Yesterday she told me that I was being "inappropriate" when I was talking to a coworker.
It took a lot of self control not to tear her ****ing head off. I later sat her down and reminded her that she was a student and I'm her supervisor and I'm the one who will determine what is an isn't appropriate. I also reminded this ***** that she is a guest in my place of work and that she has no authority to reprimand me for anything. I told her if she doesn't like it then she can find a new placement. Then I send her home 3 hours early. I won't be surprised if she doesn't come back on Monday.
People are crazy.

pharmacy students do 6 week rotations. we had one student last year who over that whole period i didnt speak to once, didnt even know her name. at the end of the day she had the ***** to go to my director and tell her that i was bad mouthing her behind her back and i wound up getting written up.
we then had this other student who had never left the state of RI, went to college in RI and didnt have a drivers license. keep in mind this is 6th year of college so she is probably 24.
kids these days are not real people, they have absolutely ZERO real life skills all they can do is pass the test...zero application skills or any clue how real life works.
sometimes i think we are the same person dude.

Working on a Saturday morning FTN.
Nate, that's ridiculous. This student has no right to go to my boss unless I were doing some seriously offensive **** like sexual harassment. Our personalities not matching doesn't do ****. Plus long time employees with a reputation far outweigh some non professional who just walked in the door. I'm obviously not a problem with the hundreds of other people I interact with so I would think her complaints would be moot.
My plan for her on Monday is to give her two consults (on her fourth ever day mind you) and send her to the units to do chart reviews independently and text me when she's ready to see patients. That'll give me time to post in here and hangout. Lol.
