I just bought a set of ST43's. I will put those on before CTD.

Since the wheels were off, I tried cleaning them with Cerama-Bryte. TRIED being the key word. It may have only got off 50% of the caked on deposits. I even used the scouring pads. I cleaned them twice with it and caked it on. I don't know what to do.
