I think he was talkin about my gps and track master app in his car. My transponder is hard wire, i don't remove it. My app is usually within .01 sec from transponder time. The Harry's lap timer is pretty good at some track and not at others especially with the 1hz GPS.

 

I know your phone app is close to transponder times, thats why I said what I said.

I still don't trust Harry's, regardless of the track. Before i had a transponder I didn't really know any better because there was nothing else in my car to compare against. Now that i have a transponder AND a 10hz lap timer I can see that Harry's has never been accurate, even when I have a 10hz external GPS attached.

 

Can't wait to get on the skid pad for drift action. Grill won't be there to record it on video.

Just video, thats it. Even the data overlay is messed up with 10hz.
