PCD: 2013-2014 Till We Break It Edition
couple notes. turn in t2 earlier and use the inside curbing and track out to the outside curb. . when entering the chicane, turn in early and use the whole inside curb on the right, that will give you more straight line to second curb on the left, the less steering input you have there, the less chance you'll spin, it's very common to spin there. adjust your speed before you turn in the second apex on the left, dont brake into it or lift into it, it looks like you lift into it to slow down and spun.
i would have expected a little more of a slide than just a snap around, just wanna make sure i learn from it.. my line was much better all around the track in the afternoon once i figured it all out. still editing it.
i was sketched out after the fluid got laid down, since it wasn't real clear where it was...also was feeling out the smaller tires, i very typically dont. a spin will do that to ya
so apparently last week donovan mcnabb made some comment about how race car drivers arent athletes...and now NJMP hs invited him out to see what its like according to jalopnik.
You need a **** f^ck ton of skill and natural talent to be a racing driver. He's an idiot.
I like the Hemingway quote that is along the lines of "mountaineering, bullfighting and motorsports are the only real sports. All the others are just games."
That's paraphrasing and with much worse grammar but that's the gist.
