Should I go back to Mitsubishi and have them try and replace my clutch since i only have 7000 miles on my car... or is it not worth them seeing my mods and *****in at me.... could they argue that my spring and exhaust ill void my drivetrain warranty and won't replace my clutch...

 

Sounds likely of their attitude... depends on the dealer. Little Rock Mitsu is pretty cool about alot more things than I have heard of other peoples experiences.

 

According to my dealer, specific modifications will void their respective parts of the warranty, which means your exhaust and springs have nothing to do with you clutch. Although the stock clutch has a 12,000 mile warranty, it's nevertheless a "wear" item. Unless you can prove it being defective....

 

if your clutch is slipping without any weird noises or vibrations, it is your driving habits in most case....

I would buy a stronger clutch and try to get them to install it for free. I thought u had to pay for wear items like that?
