River run on the 24th
Ok guys in a couple weeks I want to do another run the coast run was awesome and I think I speak for everyone when I say we had a great time
Time to start planning for the next run.
Here's what I'm thinking we can meet in clackamas say the clackamas town center... drive out to Estacada along the clackamas (great curvy road) grab lunch at subway or something then head out to detroit
The road out there follows the clackamas river (which will offer incredible pics) and great curvy roads with nice wide lanes then on the way back we can either take free way or backtrack whichever people want to do
I'm thinking we should meet sometime around 11 am that would give us plenty of daylight

Also this run doesn't have to be exclusive to lancers so if you have a friend with a nice sports car who would like to come that would be fine too as long as we have nice cars around for the pics we don't want junkers that we have to crop out. but yea anyone with WRX 350z STi RX-8 SRT-4 S4 M3 anything nice is more than welcome to join us
actually, it's a really nice car, not sure if he'll want to drive it hard though
i am way excited. with work it may be tough to try to pull off, but i will give it a whirl. it would be fun. btw, did anyone end up with tar spots on their car after the coast run. i have a ton all over my car and they are a super pain to get off, i can only assume i picked them up on that run sometime. just wondering. maybe the weather will be good for this one. i was sorry i couldnt make the red robin on the weekend but with only four cars showing i am glad i didnt go through all the hassle about it. it is really hard for me to get a saturday off of work, even the night. it is the bussiest day of the week. we shall see though. great idea though. we should be doing this once a month or so.

Sounds like a lot of fun guys. I will be watching my kids that day since my wife is working. I will try to get a sitter, although my daughter would love the ride and my son is to young to know the difference 
. I also have a coworker who recently bought a 3000gt vr4 who might be willing to tag along, I'll check with him. Evolved, I had the same issue with the tar. It was all over my rims. Two hours and a couple of beers later, I was able to get them clean with some wax and a rag.

Where are all you guys located? I have been searching for some fellow EVO's around my area for fun and to share info, I am in Tri-cities washington. I would be interested in any runs or events you guys are doing.

I'll see if any co-workers wanna join. I have a co-worker with a 2004 Lancer OZ who may want to come ... also have a couple co-workers one with a nice Prelude and one with a nice acura integra w/kit that may wanna come. We'll see. Either way, I'll be there.
