Pocatello

Not from there, but had a delta flight to Salt Lake diverted there because of fog. Bouht a t shirt there that said: Welcome to Pocatello - you can now set your clock back 25 years.

Have driven through there several times, I like it. Its the home of Idaho state, everything is new and the weather is great, at least in the summer. However, once you leave it there is not much else around.

cold miserable winters, wind always blows, and the lovely scent from fmc/simplot...oh wait, those are the good things....

we lived there in 92. not much to do but drink back then..still have some friends that live there. town did not leave a lasting good impression.
