As I briefly explained before, I can certainly second this notion. It's a long story, and I'm not gonna type it all here, but I had to pay Mitsubishi for some diagnosis on my Evo, and due to the circumstances I just had to make a payment over the phone so my friend could pick the car up for me since I was unable to make it over to the dealer myself at the time. Well, we agreed on an $85 diag charge, and I go to check my credit card statement later and found they charged me $183!! I got reimbursed the money I did not agree to pay later, but still, what a horrible experience I had w/ them, and I will never even think of going back there again.

Beaverton Mitsu sucks. Delon Mitsu has the worst service department in the world.

I bought mine from Rey Reece Mitsu.

www.reyreece.com

I talked to the fleet/internet sales guy there (I think it was Dan, but I could be wrong).

Now, I live north of Seattle so it was a bit of a drive down there, but it was by FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had. Talked to Dan? on the phone about their MR they had in stock. He gave me a price. I said OK. I'll be down tomorrow. Showed up at noon, was on the road at 12:30 with my new MR with 4 miles on it. Zero problems.

I can't say anything about their service dept, but the sales guy kicked ***.
