I talked to the fleet/internet sales guy there (I think it was Dan, but I could be wrong).
Now, I live north of Seattle so it was a bit of a drive down there, but it was by FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had. Talked to Dan? on the phone about their MR they had in stock. He gave me a price. I said OK. I'll be down tomorrow. Showed up at noon, was on the road at 12:30 with my new MR with 4 miles on it. Zero problems.
I can't say anything about their service dept, but the sales guy kicked ***.
