Kinda truck you got? I gotta killer deal from my bro in law for his 94 F150 since he bought another truck. I was eyeing the Tundra at the Park and Sell but they sold it before i could get a chance to actually go in and look at it. Just need something to tow a couple of 4 wheelers around, if i can find a older Tundra that isn't a 4.7, i'll be able to keep my evo. Price for a freaking new one is just crazy, 32k.

I've got a 1999 Chevy K3500 Crew Cab Long with the 6.5L turbo diesel. I've got it on CL for $7K, but am hopefully selling to the guy who looked at it last week for 6K. Great truck just need to sell it to pay off credit card I used to pay for the chit i put on the evo.

I took my car out Saturday, and the NLTS didn't want to work (gotta check back on it)...but my valet and my CEL knock deal worked. It is pretty cool to see my CEL flash when it knocks. Makes it nice to know when to let out without having EVOscan on.

Can't wait to figure out the rest of the crap...especially the map switch on the fly deal.

So I have a problem......

My battery light and emergency break light are coming on at odd times while I drive. When I accelerate, the lights come on, when I break they come on, when I turn my radio up they come on, when I turn up how much air is being pushed into the car through the ac/heater the lights come on. I don't know what they mean. Does anyone know? Maybe had it happen to you? NEED INFO. I am going to research more on evom but need to find out what the deal is pronto.

Pretty sure I voided any warranty when I changed things on my own with out having the dealer install anything. I know that you can void your warranty on an engine when you install an air intake.

 

Look up the lemon law. If they can't prove that whatever you've done on your own caused the problem, then they have to fix it.

I.e., if you replaced your intake and the radio just stops working. They can't prove that the intake did that. Just because you're modified doesn't mean that whatver you've done caused the problem.

I didn't pay much attention to the inside of your car, but do you have any gauges, a turbo timer, boost controller, or anything else electrical you installed?

What more do you need? Copy and paste everything from old rom to new rom, along with immobilizer and the flash it.
