HKS F-Con V pro

Just wandering if any one is running the F-con pro or knows any one who is. Thinking pretty hard about gettin the system and would just love some feedback from someone who is actualy running it.

No one I know uses it. It also requires you to get tuned at a HKS Pro dealer since the tuning software is not available to the end customer.

cost at least 4-6 hours to write the first map.
console + harness = 1400 + tuning = app. $2.5k

the only authrized tuners for the f can v pro i know of are in cali man its not even worth it. with the mods you got i say go with a dynoflash. if you really want stand alone use the AEM EMS. i know a few AEM tuners in the area that will tune ya

Im pretty set on the F-Con Theirs a shop in tacoma Ive been talking to that seems pretty comftorable with writing the maps and such. They have never done it before so Im kinda reluctant to go with them.

with the f con ive heard horror stories of the guys who didnt go to authorized dealers/ tuners. there is a crazy long seminar HKS puts these guys through before they are authorized to tune there shyte. be real careful as they can do more harm then good if they are using you as a guinea pig on how to tune f con v pros

Yeah the inexperience of the guys that I know in tacoma who claim they can do it kinda scares me a little.

only authorized tuners have access to the software to tune on them. go with something that is more readily availabe in the US.
