it's just a scratch...

I think it'll buff out
Getting slammed at 30mph without expecting it rules, you guys should try it sometime.
I hope they total it, that is I'm hoping the frame or unibody is damaged. Who the **** wants to keep their evo after this kind of damage. The trunk pan is pushed in like 5"
Want to buy it back Jo????

Sorry to see that... it's fixable though, take it to a good body shop (e.g. Queen City Auto Rebuild) and it will be just like new.

I don't think the other persons insurance will cover me, I don't think their policy was up to date but they are investigating, but who knows.
My insurance already gave me the go ahead on getting repairs done, then they will seek reimbursement. I won't have to pay a deductible, and my rates won't go up.
Both C pillars are buckled, very slightly though. Doesn't this compromise the unibody?
I will be getting a quote from queens, Andre knows the owner/manager so I hope I get taken care. If I can't get it totalled, I would love to get aftermarket parts for the rear, but I'm not sure how to arrange that with the insurance company, or if they will even allow it. If it is totalled I hope they reimburse me for the aftermarket parts, and the $850 I just spent on new T1R's.
There is so many unknowns right now, it's depressing. Everything should be taken care of in terms of insurance in a few days, but it sucks having to wait, not knowing what will happen with the car.
Yep it's Jo's old evo.
