If Mt. St. Helen blows again, I BET you are the First out of there!!!! Nice set-up!!!

Edit: I thought you were close to there. guess not? Disregard humor when there is none!

Stupid rich, like 10.5 @ 3000rpm to 9.6 @4000rpm and higher (until misfire).

Are you sure it's a miss and not just a rich sputter? I had that problem when I altered a cell in the AEM map, went for 151, entered 1511, maxing out the cell full rich. That was interesting
I'm sure you'll figure it out easy once you get your laptop up again.

That wastegate is ridiculously large

It could be, but I was using the same map as my GT30R. I can't believe that this turbo would be moving less air then my GT30R and be rich enough to cause that.

I am now using my tablet w/ a awefully slow USB to serial adapter. It's too slow to watch anything in real time.

I can't believe it. My tuning laptop started working! I thought my IT guy was on crack when he said that the laptop may be too cold (It was outside in 45 degree weather). I went out on a quick datalog run and I definitely have come to the conclusion that it is just way to rich. More tuning to come tomorrow.

Car is too rich to ignite, you are wetting the plugs that rich. It is like holding the test button on a meth kit.

Looks great, exp $ kit, hope the results are worth it. Glad we could help you with the PWR FMIC. Let us know if you need anything else.

All right, I got it all leaned out and everything is going really well except for boost control. My boost seems to hang at 15psi then jump to 20psi. I think it has more to do w/ the way the XEDE controls boost though.

Here is my review:

The turbo is absolutely fantastic so far. My idle is almost stock like and my slight hesitation I had when the car is cold is gone. This turbo is so much different then my GT3076. The power is real progressive and alot more linear. At 2800rpm you can step on the pedal and get 5psi instantly. Their is no surge at all. My GT3076 would act nearly dead and then about 3900rpm it would come to life. This thing just rocks. I can't wait to get it up to 23 psi. It's hard to say that I am making more power at 20psi on this turbo then 23psi on the GT3076, due to the smooth power of this turbo.

Here are some graphs compared to my GT3076. Red & black are the GT3076.

Not too bad for not making 20psi until 5500rpm .

Looks like with some more tuning you should be able to get at or over your 3076 !!!

The GT3076 was run at 23psi/28psi. The RX6 is only running 20psi w/ my messed up boost control. I am ordering a MBC today to try and fix the problem..

I got the manual boost controller today and it helped a little bit. Boost is now going to 22psi (I think most is due to creep) and spool up is around 5200rpm now. I can here the wastegate opening around 17psi. Apexi told me the wastegate spring is a .8 bar, but it must be around .6. Hopefully, my new 1.4 bar spring will be entering the country soon. That should get my spool up around ~4800rpm.
