nice pics matt! what shutter speed were you using to get the pan shots? i was car # 35 in the turn 8 pic, good to see you and the other nwevos there, had an awesome time & i'll try to make the next one. proformance has open lapping days for $175, as many laps as you, your tires and brake pads can handle, maybe we can get a few evos together and get some more seat time in.....

Greg K, wondering how your rally experience translated to the road? I would think it would be completely different approach.
I know the first few times I drove the evo on a track I was amazed how little regard I needed to pay to my position going into corners. Everything seemed to work pretty well.
I don't think I was that much slower than now.
Years of driving a completely underpowered historic car kept me close to the line though.
That is one reason to say the evo is a hard car to track, cause it is easy to get bad habits.
But its a good hard.
