Getting Meth kit installed!

I am having torque freaks install and tune a meth kit in my car on wednesday. any idea of what I should expect for power with my current mods? I was thinking around 350whp...maybe a little more with the larger hotside

that's cool i'm doing the same thing. I'm having a different shop install the meth, but I plan to get the car tuned at torque freaks. I would appreciate knowing how much boost you are going to run on pump gas though.

let us know power figures and boost levels after your car is tuned.. please

you should probably be making towards 370 or so is my guestimate if you use meth at 26psi

Tosh you do not need meth!Al you need it's few mods and you'll be and the 12'0 or 11'. Remember just like someones signature says meth makes the EVOVIII forget it's not a IX or some like that, you know what I mean.

I have basically the same mods except I have 272's. When I installed my fmic and meth I jumped about 50hp and 80tq at AMS

Looking forward to doing the install and tune on your car! I won't predict numbers, but frankly bang for the buck, methanol injection is the biggest power adder IMHO. But heck.....its our kit so I guess I'm a bit biased towards it

Sounds good as we are always ready to tune..especially with the METH baby!!!. Out of curiosity who do you have doing the install? Also what kit are you going with? What fail safe will you be using?

I have Mike's permission to post up the dyno results. Here it is:

Came in running 12 psi with 244HP 215TQ, and left running 321HP 330TQ with 25 psi peak then tapering off to about 20 psi. Time for a turbo upgrade Mike! I'll let him post up about his impressions of the overall kit and performance. Although we did not meet the 350HP number he was hoping to hit, a 77HP/115TQ increase with just a methanol injection kit added on exceeds our standards. We typically expect 50HP gains with the standard Torquefreak Methanol injection kit.

Why did you run only 12PSI when you got in? Do you have cams? Cause 330WHP is a pump gas number on 05's with cams.
