I give you one point for correct usage of the early 1970s use of the word "punks", but I take that point away because of lack of originality.

Wow this got way OT!!! I love how this forum gets all "Days of our Lives" every now and then. I think its every 28 days or so. You guys must all be on the same cycle.

Now weren't we talking about the difference between an 8 and a 9??? I thought so....

The original point of the thread is towelie was wondering what people are getting for trade in for a 03 evo. It wasnt on the difference between the VIII and the IX at all, hes not a newb, hes been around dsms far longer then most on here have.

Any update Kharid?

$30k OTD, smokin price.

and yes it's 10x better than my 03

Congrats man! I had an 06 EB IX also. I LOVED that color. Not as common as the rest, so even at the meets, there were only a few of them. I also got plenty of compliments from people about it driving on the street. Once the windows are tinted, it looks a lot better IMO. Hopefully, I will have another one here soon.
