1. I didnt compare myself to Al
2. You called me a "backyard mechanic that downloaded free software and started playing around with evos...sad"
3. You dont even have a IX which is all this thread concerns
4. I have owned many low 12 second and high 11 second street cars (on pumpgas) that I personally tuned.
5. You dont know me, therefore keep your comments about ME to yourself please.

I dont wish this thread to turn into a slugfest. There is no point to that. I am simply trying to answer some questions and offer the truth to some libelous accusations.

slugs- I'm a vendor. I get to offer my services on this forum. I'd agree my posting etiquette is a bit off here, but then so is advertising for free when people like me pay to keep this forum up and running. So I frankly if you can't handle a vendor posting, then kindly skip over it, and don't use their services. Somewhat similar to overlooking popups. Freedom of choice. As for the the bumper..if thats the worst that I've done, then I'm guilty as charged. This was resolved by both parties, for better or worse. See above paragraph
Mark, I dont see how I did anything by stating the fact that your dyno waiver says, damage caused by TQF on the dyno wont be covered over the amount of $100.

Back on topic, as the thread starter.......I got the flash done on Thursday and I love it so far. I've had a chance to drive it like I stole it, freeway cruise, drive around town etc and it's all good so far. I'll admit I don't have anyway to log it now, I hope to soon. I also hope to dyno it soon.

I dont flash cars so much as the distance makes it impractical. Towelie has the "hard" job of linking USB to OBDII. Evil, I am glad to hear that it is working well for you and I hope that you continue to post impressions and opinions. Please give any feedback at all because I dont care if its positive or negative, feedback is proof.

EvilT...do you feel any type of gains? Most importantly, yes please continue to state your overall feelings of the flash.
