Looking for that local guy that does Flashes

Hey guys, I'm new here obviously. I remember reading on here last week about a local guy that does flashes. I talked to Anthony.L at the VW/Audi show yesterday and he said this guy does it cheap for locals. Anyone have contact info for him?

I just got a '06 EVO RS last week and want to get flashed. Thanks
Fred

Thumbs up

Yeah, Mike it's me. SuperStar, right?

I still have the Golf, though it's been sitting since I got the Evo. Might have to go out and tear around in it tonight, the Evo sounds so civilized with stock exhaust compared to the Golf with 3" side-exit exhaust with no muffler

So Dynoflash is coming for sure?

I was actually thinking about getting flashed for now and then after I get a 3" TBE, going down to Torque Freaks and getting a reflash for the exhaust and a boost controller.

I have a question about your mods in your signature. I though EVO IX's with Bushur exhaust, reflash and mbc were supposed to put out 330whp ? Was that on a low dyno or something?

Have you dragged it? I don't like drag racing myself, I prefer track days, HPDE's etc, but I just wondered what it ran.

yep amazingly 'SuperStar' is taken on this website! but yeah they say mustang dynos read about 10% lower than dynojet. this was oñ fame's mustang dyno, fame had dynosheets of vishnu custom tuned evo 8's one with cams even..and they were wondering why my evo made that much power with the mods I had..aparently im the first ix on that dyno?

haven't dragraced it yet, only 2 step launched it @ 6k rpms one time at a stop light gonna wait and get a better clutch first!

You know, I thought the same thing when I read this last week. Then I ran into an old friend that I've known about 5 years and he had it done, no problems yet.

If we can't hook up soon, then I'll just wait and get a dynoflash. I wanted to talk to the guy that wrote the flash and verify some things.

If any of you have had actual bad experiences with these particular flashes or know someone that has, then pleae PM me.

Thanks for looking out, I haven't jumped in with both feet just yet.
