Good luck with your trip Ralph.. nobody wants to hear any threads about how some idiot clipped you or somethin on your way there and back. I wish I had the freedom you do.

hehe - no secret really (I'm surprised nobody's asked yet). I'm getting cams, valve-springs, WR9 turbo, O2 housing and a SS header. Should be fun .

Are you getting everything tuned as well while you're down there?

By the way, I'm jealous. And I will be bugging you for a ride one of these days....

well - my baseline (bone stock on a Mustand dyno) was 235 hp/261 tq. I'm kind of going the same mod path (for power) as the WORKS time attack car, but I'm really trying to focus on responsiveness rather than peak hp/tq (so I'm using the WR9 rather than a GT35). When I get back it should be:

WORKS P2 flash
WORKS drop-in filter
Samco Induction hose
Nisei IC piping
Kinetic Motorsports FMIC
WORKS throttle body
WORKS 269 cams & valvetrain package
Borla SS equal length header (coated)
FP WR9 turbo
WORKS O2 housing (coated)
WORKS downpipe (coated)
3" HFC & exhaust (coated) / test pipe for track days (coated)
and for supporting mods walbro fuel pump, cosworth headstuds, and PE timing belt

I'm hoping it will be good for 350 WHP (93 Oct) on the MD, but more importantly it should be hair trigger responsive on the throttle at any rpm.

When did this come about? Last WR9 I talked to them about was not, just balanced and blueprinted with larger diameter. This sounds nice.
