I made it to and from work ok, but it took me over twice as long to do it, as I never went over 15mph. These Advans suck *** in this stuff.

Sweet video, I looked alot like that this morning only I was on I-5 south on stock Advans with 16k on them. I'm sure John was smiling more than I was.

Yeah believe me I found out Sunday that Advans suck in snow. As I stated in the sightings thread, kissed a pole with the front of my car.

Parking lot had freezing rain the night before, and a blanket of snow. I didn't know about it, and so when I tried to turn at about 5mph, the car kept going straight, and ran into a pole.

Good news thus far though. Talked to my insurance, and looks like it will be a no fault accident, due to weather and not driving fast. I have loved the SE front lip, and it looks to be cheaper than the normal front lip (how the heck that works I don't know), and maybe an aftermarket IC will be in order. If they have to replace the hood (thought it doesn't look that way) I might look into something also.

But I totally wish I had my car today to play around in. Dangit.

Aftermarket parts are cheaper than the factory stuff anyway. Looks like the Evo took a punch but will be happy with its new parts.

And on top of that, I just got offered the job I interviewed for. So my Evo is going to become my weekend driver. I'll have a C ride in a few weeks..

Wish I could afford making my Evo the weekend warrior.
