Woo hoo! Props to Brian for hooking me up with some bar graphs for my presentation. Just realize that I've had a hellacious week with classes (read: final tomorrow morning at 9, final presentation immediately after. Gonna be on campus to meet with group in... a little over 5 hours).
I can take off from here at 4 when I get off work and be at your place, Rick, by around 7:30. When do y'all wanna hit the theater? Cuz I'm totally down, but I don't wanna hold the group up. If I'm gonna be a bother then I'll just pass and stay in town. I've got an accounting final on Monday I can study for, along with a final paper due Thursday.
So either option works for me. If I'm not delaying everyone beyond reason, I can be in town by 7:30, 8 at the latest given traffic. If it's too much of a hassle, hope you guys have a blast and I'll catch you at the next meet.

tell them you cant come in to work because of vision problems, "you cant see commong to work". jon come on up!we get to choose what showing we get to see, we can hang out and chill till you get here. i would like as many people to be their by 5 so we will have a good showing for the rush.

Expecting something a little more exciting, huh? I say leave the drama for your mama™ (Sgt. Rosenbaum, "Boot Camp" Drill Instructor) and use an excuse that works. Here's why:
1. It's fairly common — could be from something you ate, could be a bug, who knows?
2.It is a sudden onset phenomenon. Diarrhea is not something you could have given your boss advance notice about.
3. It's incapacitating. When you have yourself some diarrhea, it's not like you can cram a wad of toilet paper up your butt and hope you make it to work without incident. No, sir, diarrhea is a serious situation which requires close proximity to a toilet, a lot of TP and, maybe, a change of underwear.
4. Most important of all, your boss doesn't want to hear about it. Not about the urgency. Not about the frequency. Not about the consistency. Just say you have it and that's all he'll want to hear. Trust me.
Other disgusting excuses you may want to consider:
• hemorrhoids
• constipation
• bladder infection
• blood in your stool
• yeast infection
• vomiting
• *nal fissure

Yo Rick, thanks for the premiere tix on Thursday, that was tite. It was way better seein in that day with no lines or nothin like the chaos at a regular theatre. Its a bummer the mitsubishi thing didnt work out like we thought it was goin to. Thanks again tho man.
