Ray Reece:
$2500 Markup
Didn't have an Evo at the dealership next one should be the first week of July in black
Salespeople were ok, didn't pressure me to buy or lay down any paperwork. But one flaw was that I was recommended by another Evo owner, then they had the nerve to talk down about him. Not something a consumer wants to hear, how can you sell someone a car, then have them refer more buyers and then talk behind that buyers back. Not a very good work ethic.

Dick Hannah:
$10,000 Markup
They had a Yellow and a Black Evo on site
I just wanted a closer look at an Evo 8. I was also looking for a test drive. Well the first run down is if you look like a young buyer they might approach you like you don't know ~ish except for what you've seen on 2f2f. That was annoying but once they realized that I had done a little research they let me test drive the Yellow one. Boy that thing is smooth. Even my girlfriend liked the ride, she especially liked the Recaros. A little sluggish in low RPM's but that all changes in High RPM madness. Didn't have enough time behind the wheel, and there was plenty of traffic. Besides I wouldn't enjoy getting a ticket in the yellow rocket.
After the test drive I was run through the full process maybe an hour or so of dealing with them. I wasn't really prepared to buy but if the price was right I could have signed the dotted line. I told the dealer that I would not go any higher than $30,500 with moonroof and spoiler. The MSRP listing was $30,800. He had some excuse of saying that they have to make some decent profit off of the car and that someone has to pay for the lights in the lot? Whats that have to do with a car being sold over MSRP? The point we left it at was a negotiation between his price and mine around $31,400. So if you intend to buy from Hannah don't go for any more than that price. I bet with a bit more pressure they could even go lower.

I have written the manager at Rey Reece. If I don't hear back from him, I will give him a call. I will straighten out the referral issues or I won't refer anyone again.
I have always had good luck with Dick Hannah on other things. Bought two Jeeps from them. I have never dealt with the Mitsu guys though.
Buy that Evo. Don't look back.

Here's what to do: Call Dick Hannah from Ray Reece and tell them that you're finalizing plans to purchase your Evo. Watch as they (Dick Hannah) bring their asking price down.

Had a good experience with Beaverton/Premier Mitsubishi. Was quoted under $30K even though the Dealer markup is $10K. Shaun's a great Guy out there. I still haven't purchased one however.

After I bought mine at skyline in colorado, I called with some questions about the life of the tires and was tol that "Those tires will last 40k miles.......depends on how you drive, I mean the car goes 180-190mph" riiiiiiiight. Wont be contacting them again. anyway....markup was 10k got mine right at sticker. Although the salesguy almost got in a fist fight with another salesman. When we got back from the test drive, some guy around 65 years old was waiting outside with the other salesman. I was ready to sign the papers. The other salesman said if I hadn't signed, it wasn't mine and he tossed a temp plate in the back. My sales guy dove in the car, pulled it out and ran in the dealership. The other salesman got another tossed it in and they sped off. When the got back, I had signed the papers and it was already mine
good price, but not a good experiance at all.
