So I posted this on evo general and Evo Advanced but only got 1 reply. so Im gonna give one more try on here maybe some of our local guy can answer it for me.

My car came with some defi gauges when I bought it. the only gauge is not hook up is the fuel pressure. the previous owner told me it require a after market fuel rail to hook it up? or does it require a adapter?

you can use either an aftermarket fuel rail, or an adapter on the stock fuel rail.

 

stock or aftermarket work fit fine

the adapter is a little bit cheaper and easier to install, but the rail gives you better fuel surge response if you need it.
