As of right now there is no plans on picking up a evo, I'm a V8 guy and I don't see that changing. I'm on Everett base as of right now, got about a year left then I'll be going back home.

To each their own there. Have you ever taken a "spirited" drive in an evo before?

Can't say that I have, I've ridden in my buddys EVO before but no spirited drives. I'm sure there are couple running around somewhere that would susprise me.

^I suppose a good question would be what are you used to running around in? There are no less than 5 2.4's in the NW (okay, some being finished as I type) that I can think of and I think the smallest turbo amongst them all is the FP-Black.

I run around in my trans am all the time, the ride in the evo was almost 3 years ago in TX.
I'm guessing that 2.4 is the liter size but have no clue on what a FP-Black turbo is.

Specs on the WS6:
Lid( samething as CAI)
Full exhaust
42 lb inj
150 shot of nitrous
Made 322hp 340 tq n/a and 468hp 610 tq on spray.

Yep, 2.4L (up from the stock 2.0L). The FP-black is the highest flowing, stock appearing turbo that is available right now.

Johnny made in the 600awhp range on Q16 (I think that is his most recent #'s, but I could be wrong), Aaron made 708awhp on e85, with more to come (running a 3586 turbo), Mikey's is being built similar to Aaron's, but a 10:1 as opposed to 9:1 (I think, this is all off the top of my head), and there are a couple further South and I think one up North that I'm not as familiar with.

Your 610wtq is certainly a kick in the guts! I can't recall awtq numbers on the Evos off the top of my head. I don't personally know of anyone running nitrous, but I know there are some on the forums that do. I'm personally running pump + 100% meth but on the stock bottom end with an FP-Black, I'm reluctant to push past ~500awhp and ~400awtq.

That's not bad at all, I know it depends on what size turbo u have but how much boost does it take to make those kinda numbers?

Yea, on and off the bottle is a huge difference. I've got to the point where i only wanna run on the bottle but at $60 to refill it, I only use it when I have to.
The thing I like about nitrous is how HARD/violent it hits, but that tends to break ****.
I plan on going FI after my next deployment, have to wait and see.

I personally run ~31psi peak on the FP-Black. This turbo doesn't even really wake up until 25psi. People do run theirs at 35psi and even 40psi+. The nice thing of course is that I'm hardly using the turbo in most cases; shifting around town you're only hitting single digit psi tops.

Aaron's 3586 is running 35psi I believe when he hit 708awhp.

Hello,

My name is John and I would like to interduce myself to you all. I am going to get this out in the open right away and I hope I am not hammered and If I am I understand and I will not come back. I work at Korum Mitsubishi in sales and Im a car guy. I owned a 1999 Eclipse RS back in the day and had to get rid of it since there was a new edition to the family and I had to pick up a suv. I have looked around and it looks like Korum Mitsubishi as a pretty good rep. with you guys and I would like it to make it even better. I am working to get sometype of get together with the local Mitsubishi guys/ladies with a B-Que at our dealership. If anyone has any questions I hope you contact me and I hope I can answer them in a timely manner.

Thanks,
John
