Local EVO X guys...
I want to give the lowering seat brackets one more try for the EVO X crew...
I'm looking for someone local with an EVO X who's interested in having their seat be lower. Plan would be to come over to my place for a day and let me build a set of prototype parts for your car, which you could keep in the long run if you like.
Let me know if you're game.

^^^ It doesn't matter to me where you come from - you need to end up in my garage. Looking to get his lined up to do in the next couple weeks.

Hrm, I'm 6'1" and feel like they are too low as it is. But then again, my legs do hit the steering wheel. I feel unbalanced in the X, like my arms are too short and my legs are too long. I'm curious if the brackets would make it better or worse.
If I'm in town I'll donate my car for testing.

^well your legs shouldn't hit with the brackets. Assuming your steering wheel stays where it is at now, think of your arms pivoting up at the shoulder as your body would be lower. You could modify that by lowering the steering wheel, which might make for a better fit.
