Meet at Steven's pass!
Kyle and I need gear. (I'll probably will rent at the mt)
Yeah, you're probably right, I haven't been in a long time, so I would probably fall too.
There is a place on the way up that rents all that stuff, I think in Gold Bar. And you just drop it off on your way back through. Their fairly cheap too.

i know for a fact i'd fall! haha, i haven't been since i lived in alaska....sooo long. :\ that's why next time i go up i'm making sure i get some free lessons from fellow evo member. :P haha
dammit I wish I could go.
There will be some prime pic taking opportunities and you guys are going to have a lot of fun hanging out then drinking!
Ninja - I don't know that you'd want to lend the softer board. People used to riding big mountain might not enjoy the more instant action from more of a park board. Of course, beggers can't be choosers!
Renting at Steven's is pretty straightforward and you can get the lift ticket at the same time. Jordon is right that there is the place in Gold Bar and they are cheaper (though I haven't gone their in ages).
Most important thing for newbies are good pants and gloves, IMO. Alternatively a longer jacket that will cover the butt will also help. You will spend a lot of time on your butt, hands & knees, etc. and the waterproof rating of the pants and gloves will keep you out of misery.
Have fun everyone!
