Just got it done did need the other key, and i got a reciept too. I am just using the remote start to start the car and then i am using a copy of the trunk key for the ignition only cost me 1$ for the key but it cost 100$ for the bypass thanks for the help guys ... O and my car will not remote start if the car is in gear, and i never leave it in gear cause i have a turbo timer so it has to be in neutrul when i shut it off anyways!! woohoo no longer having to sit in my car and wait to leave so the engine can heat up!!

 

Good info on remote start. I used to have it on an old MT Acura (this was more than 10 years ago) and didn't have nearly the issues - certainly nothing illegal that the shop discussed with me, and I got a receipt.

You guys need more mods. I don't have any problems with my car heating up!

 

BTW - I'm officially out for boarding on Saturday. Waaaaah! I found out that our family plans are on and that we're starting extra early so that we can go to warm beach afterwards. LAME!
