I wouldn't go off of videos like that alone. That is muffled as hell. You need to get some peeps together for an exhaust listening. Hear it in person is the only way to go, IMO.

Probably very late and completely OT but your Avatar is full of all sorts of win!

Yo Josel you still rocking the Comp TI-C I sold ya? Kinda miss that exhaust, it was beastly sounding. My new one is so quiet but stealthy

The ARK semi TI exhaust. Looks just like the Comp TI-C but has a secondary muffler in the midpipe. Quite a bit quieter but still throaty under boost. Been eyeing that new Tomei exhaust though...time for exhaust #7

Update ....

Still looking for an exhaust.... gotta figure that out tonight or it will delay my repairs i think.

I have contacted and paid a company to prove diminished value ... it cost 275.00 and they are putting a 12 page document together demanding 8k in diminished value.... 8k seems pretty damn high to me, but we will see what happens.

The rep at autoloss says they do 200 claims per month, and about 2 per year do not get paid. If insurance denies my claim, I can try and sue the person that hit me...dont know if i would do that though.

she said my car blue booked at 24k or something, and since it is a 'rare' car with 'low' miles and SSL it is a perfect claim for some $$$ ... figured it was worth the 275$ gamble, i am up 275$ from aftermarket vs oem parts anyways.

There is another company that charges 60$ but I have a feeling it is just a cookie cutter letter with no supporting proof that YOUR vehicle in THIS case is worth less, not someone else's experience.

Insurance made it pretty clear they need some proof... this company says that mitsu will no longer ever certify my car as a certified pre owned, and if i traded it in to them they would not sell it on a lot, just auction it off (based on 5 hours of frame repair needed)

Ill keep you all updated..

any one know of a good deep sounding exhaust?

I think I am going to go with this

http://www.lancershop.com/customer/p...&cat=68&page=1

and leave the silencer in.

will this hook up flush to a 3 inch test pipe? I dont want to replace the full test pipe because my AFR gauge is tapped into my current and they said it was not damaged

Now that you mention that it tapers... I seem to remember some one else mentioning that. I haven't looked at mine closely enough to notice.
