Some Changes at ER for the Better
Because you're so short would you technically be kissing his belly button? j/s...
I have to agree with others that email is probably the best form of communication. Also, though I love customer service as much as the next person (I am employed to provide it on a daily basis), when you become one of the most popular DSM modification shops in a region as ER has become, and that most projects are not just "snap fit" persay, there will be lags in communication. Last time I checked projects take a lot of time, but that's just me.
BTW Aaron, I want a AMS 2.3RR motor and a JDM tranny yesterday! Go find the DeLorean and hit 88mph duder!

Just like with any business there are "hickups" along the way. It's the ability to manage and put out the fires that the "hickups" create and how well your able to maintain your poise during it that makes a person and ultimately a reflection of their business.
A second phone line is progress, but it sounds like the best way to get a hold of you guys is via pm or email. Sounds like you may also be working on your scheduling and limiting your projects to your main scope. That to me I think would be the most beneficial so projects and customers can be properly closed out to expectations and i a timely manner-
Other than that, you guys will get through it, typically new business hit the wall after about 2-3 years, your well beyond that, so now its just a matter of listening to your customer base and adapting your business based on their feedback.
oh yeah, I might need a retune soon with the magnus and perhaps more boost if you had a chance to get the 3 port figured out yet...
Keep it up Lucas and Aaron

Remember to call during business hours
I'm sure this isn't a problem for most customers since they are on the west coast for English, but for us.. they get mad sometimes even if we are not here at 4am or 8pm
Keep up the good work guys!
