Some Changes at ER for the Better
Some Changes at ER for the Better
So over the last year business has picked up dramatically to the point that I feel a little out of control and sad that people are not as happy as they should be due to time frame and communication.
With me being so busy with racing events, tuning, and running the shop I have not had time to at least set things up better like our voice mail. Ever since I switched to Comcast Business the online voice mail did not work right so those who happened to call while we were on a call and left a message might not have gotten listened to.
So this week I had a 2nd line put in with the line jumping feature so both Aaron and I can answer the main line and setup the Shop voice mail to go through Google voice which is the same as my cell phone. So the Voice messages are emailed and sent to my phone so we should do a much better job of getting back. If you have not done Google voice it also adds some humor in the fact that it will try and transcribe the voice message to text which can be quite funny. You still listen to it normal.
Once our dyno is at the shop it will also take a huge load off of us in Time and $$ which will help us out a ton.
So not that many of you care, but I wanted to let you know I am still working at making ER a better place.
I know how to talk, tune, and work on cars, but when it comes to the business I am a bit slow.
The one thing I have done for myself also over the last few months is learn how to say no to strange projects. We will work on anything that is stock but if it's modified we are only doing Mitsu, Honda and Subaru. Seems like when I bring in strange projects that we are not familiar with it really kills time and money and hurts our core customers in the Mitsu community.
Also would like to say thanks to those how have stuck with us for the last 7 years as we have grown and will continue to grow.

LOL. Besides the fact that at this point we probably know more about the CT9A than they do?
