Need some input here! *pics*

Trying to figure out if I should proceed in trying to get these 18x11 te37's to fit the EVO. Rears im confident, but the fronts might hit the coilovers with that kinda width on stock fenders... Just want some input on how they look, I already have another set of wheels coming from japan in 18x10 but they wont be here till late febuary so I need a set of wheels on the car till then. Might end up buying something else if this plan fails...

this, yes, once you start getting wheels that wide and adjusting camber and rolling and pullying fenders, your handling is going down the drain, plus a evo with 18x11 wheels looks like a mustang from the back lol

^are you referring to the 1st pic? That is a pic of the te37. The second pic shows the same wheel but from the back of the car.

OP, it doesn't help that I'm not personally a fan of 6-spoke rims too.

That's ok. In the next year you guys will learn that wheels and tires will get changed more often than regular oil changes.

In other news the EVO 9 swap is going along good, got all the wiring swapped out and the motor is almost done getting some goodies installed in it. Spent my christmas bonus on tools for myself also. Still waiting on the trans and t-case from AWD motorsports...

I chuckled about the "ballerness" part.

You bought and 8 and now you're swapping a 9 engine in it. Why not buy an Evo 9 if you're baller?

3 sets of volks and the car doesn't run.

I hate to be a terrible dick on the internet... but c'mon man. lol.

18x10.5's are the widest on the stock body...

but you're still limited by tire size.

18x10's are a stretch...

18x9.5 fit after you do some serious hammer work.

I wouldn't recommend anything wider than 18x9.5...those have enough issues as it is.

1. Why are you making look like I was personally rubbing it in your face? "Ballerness" comment was a joke! 2. This is my gf's car 3. All those wheels are mine and I was THINKING about making them work while the set of wheels I ordered for her car are on the way. 4. We got an EVO 8 because she like's the 8 over the 9 and the reason why I putting an evo 9 engine in is because I got a deal on the whole swap and it has lower miles. I also already had the trans out waiting for a rebuilt one and built transfercase. And I did it simply because I can. Lighten up, if you don't like it fine. I simply wanted some feedback and opinions, seems like it's being takin too seriously or personal.
