Are you coming to the Griot's Garage Meet next Saturday? If so im tempted to see if you'll bring it down there. If needed I could paypal you the money before hand. Also might be able to pick up next tuesday. I wouldn't mind taking this down to ER with me when i get my tune. Especially if it will get better results then my Apex'i Filter.

True dat. I ordered a filter last Thursday, received it on Friday night, standard UPS ground shipping. They're in Oregon, so it's super quick.

Do i need to order the T Clamp as well? It looks like it comes with what i need to install? Or do i have to have a MAF Adapter or anything? I currently have an Apex'i Air Intake and Heat Shield

Hey steve, did you buy that Apexi filter used or 2nd hand? The gap at the front is because it doesn't have the piece of foam that goes between the box and the front of the car

the Apex'i setup came with the car when i purchased it. Owner said the filter might be a little dirty so i might want to replace. I was aware of the Perrin test and have been wanting to switch over....should i just buy a whole new intake setup?

If you can figure out the internal diameter of the apexi filter, maybe you can just order a Perrin filter in that size. That apexi box has a good function of keeping the heat out.

^it looks like you're still on the stock hose.

i read somewhere that you plan on upgrading turbo. i would ask aaron on what intake kit to get before your first tune so you can change your set up if you need to. i know yahu is selling an intake pipe+filter but that aint perrin.

thrilla - hows it going pare? gratz on the e85 powah!!!

Sticking with FP Green, love what ive seen in #'s and when the turbo kicks in at low RPMS. I just want best bang for the buck and i really have the goal of 400/400 on pump gas as ive seen on a couple FP Greens.

my intake should be about perfect for the green. It is non-recirc though, so you'd have to switch to SD, if you weren't already planning that.

I like that intake box you have; if I were you I'd see if I could keep that with whatever intake you go with.

Thanks josel! Loving the E, I don't think I'll ever go back to pump.
