Traffic Attourney Needed

Anyone know of a good/reasonably priced traffic attourney in who operatest in the King County area? I was driving south at the end of last month and I got nabbed doing 80 in a sixty. I was contemplating eplainig to the officer that this here is no ordinary 4 door sedan, this is a 500 horsepower racing evolution lancer with racing brakes and could easily out brake his outdated Crown Victoria even if I was doing 80 and he was doing 60. But I kept my moth shut and now I need a traffic attourney so I you happen to know one please chime in.

Thanks

Yeah that would have gone real well. Did you get a ticket for reckless driving?

No I just got a ticket for speeding 80 in a 60, I kept my smart *** comments to myself probably for the best. Right now I have one attourney who is offering to handle my ticket for 275 and I am wondering if that is a good deal or not?

Yeah, I heard they can give you a reckless ticket if you're 15 over. How much is your fine? If it's in the $200 range you should use that attorney.

I have also used ticket buster.com but that was in california where we have the option of written trial by declaration. Got it dropped and a refund for paying the fine. I honestly think $275 isn't that bad

all of the washington based ones that I have researched charge between 250-350.
The fine is the least of your worries, you need to make it so that **** does not hit your insurance.

I paid one a few years ago, 300 (upfront, non refundable even if they fail) and boom it was gone. It is worth the 250$ to gamble at it.

Jeannie Mucklestone in Seattle is the best, hands down. A bit more pricey than some, but worth it!

****ty bro... i've had more then my share of tickets... but down here its only 25 bucks for a ticket lawyer... hell my last ticket was 87 in a 45 and it was $124. in my diffence though i was i was on a empty dessert road at 130am logging for my tune... it was a 3rd gear pull and he was nearly a mile up the road... just happen to be that clear of a shot i guess..

i dont fight speeding tickets myself... i know i speed. i've gone 160 in a 55... no sense fighting 20 over... but i am a safe driver in traffic... failure to signal... unsafe lane changes... **** like that i will fight to the death...

$275 is about right for up here. I have personally put Andy Phipps kids through college, but I haven't had a ticket in a while <knock on wood>

That said, I haven't had one ticket go on my record.

Yes I have but that also depends mostly on the Judge, I have fought my way out of a no licence plate ticket before when I had my R32 with no front licence plate arguing that it was not installed from the factory and I got that ticket dropped.

On the other hand though I was lazered and as far as I know depending on the officers notes the only thing I can argue here was that the officer Lazered me from an improper distance therefore could not have gotten an accurate reading since lazer guns target can vary up to 3ft+ past that range.

I dont know well see but right know I am leaning towards a lawyer, and a Lazer Jammer.
