Personally I really doubt Dustin is trying to screw you.

Yeah, you're gonna have to go through some "Official" channels Payapl and or the credit card you might have used.
I read a while back that DRC invested like $10k into a company that basically disappeared overnight. It sounds like he's started using similar business practices. I don't blame him though. It would be hard to come up with that kind of cash to repay customers. No cash and no product. Ouch.
I don't know though- he likes to tell people he's "going on vacation" or "will be away from his email" for weeks on end. I guess being self employed give you lots more vacation time than having a traditional job Or was your last attempt at self employment different Tekk?

Paypal is a little tricky.. I got screwed on a small item but because I waited a month (The time the person claimed it would take to get the item) but over 30 days is the window they allocate. If you are going to contact paypal, call them after making a claim. Also (Hopefully) you used a credit card with paypal, and didn't pay through one of your accounts.

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply not to try and get your money back. Definitely do that.

tekkman69 , I am sorry to sit here telling you that I have lost EVERYTHING due to a few scam artists that I trusted and can not find them because they used false identities and fake business licenses. I have ABSOLUTELY no way to repay anyone back now. I am on a thin line between homelessness and complete poverty right now , selling personal items from my home to feed my family. I am sorry I haven't got back to you but I hope you can understand that everytime I visit this board I am only reminded of how my entire life fell apart instantaneously. I honestly have NOTHING right now. The one thing I do have is a list of people I owe once I get back on my feet and your $300 is on there. I can't use Paypal anymore and have no phone whatsoever. My cable and cable internet is a few days away from being shut off as well but you can believe , when I turn things around , you have some money coming at you. I am VERY , VERY sorry you had to go through this. I had no intention on screwing you out of your money. I just lost EVERYTHING and have nothing to give you.
