traffic cop in Baltimore?! At first I'd wonder who you pissed off to get in that position but seeing as you're still alive, you must have someone looking after you.

You got three out comes in the whole mater...
  • pay lots of money to a lawyer
  • pay lots of money to your state
  • pay lots of money to your insurance company

^ and in none of these does it mater if your innocent or guilty.

Once you received the ticket our secretly adopted Chinese system of law set you up for failure and your now ****ed. Best you can do now is buy some lube, start throw money at the problem and read up on what "extortion" is.

^This is what I'm referring to. Word from someone in VA, which happens to be one of the worst States regarding traffic legalities and the loopholes therein.

WA state traffic courts are a joke. in 21 years of driving I've had close to two dozen tickets, 90% of them being speeding, so I have been thru the system a number of times. I've been charged twice for the same crime. (had Mucklestone on the first batch, she got them all dismissed) the second time I defended myself... And when the judge asked for me to state my case, I mentioned a constitutional protection from being charged twice for the same crime. She told me that she wasn't sure what was involved, and she would have to contact the district attourney to clarify the law????? WTF you're a judge.... You're decision makes laws... This is just one out of the many rediculous things that's happened to me in the WA court systems.
