v8 evo?

I was just curious if anyone has done a successful v8 swap into an evo. By that I mean better preforming than you could do w/a 4g63.

I quickly tried to look it up and found something on a ls1 swap, but no stats. However I was wondering if you could throw something cooler in there and would you have to convert the car to RWD, or is it possible to keep it AWD?

Not that I want to do this to my car, but one of my friends was giving me **** for having a 4 cylinder and it made me think about the v8 swap.

If there were anything it'd be an all custom fab swap and you would have to be very competent in that area

That's funny I usually give my friends **** for having an engine that is 3 times the size of mine and makes less power.

I thought it was funny in the vid, they had a supercharger on the motor but no belt to run it.

Same here. I always mock them and say awesome job having a 14 liter motor and a 6 liter blower and 300whp. Sick!

Video was lawl. "Pop the hood, LS1!" Hahaha. If a belt actually ran the blower, it would be pretty cool.

Solution: stop associating with all those red-necks...
