Mate that's bad hit a roo last year, lucky it was small. Where I live I have Kangaroos and Deer to look out for.

Lucky the Roos there are small, went to mate's place and there was one's well over 6ft tall and solid, they certainly don't understand about 'keeping off the black grass'.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Time to upgrade was the first thing to cross my mind after this happened, and insurance will at least cover the cost of the oem replacement parts. But I did some research last night and most of the good a/m bumpers take 3-4 months to get from Japan. So that idea was out, until...Jason at bulletproof responded to my post on the show and shine forum and said he has an extra varis coming in in about a week from Japan that's not spoken for. It was in my top 3 picks if I could have any, so I'm stoked.

Good things can come from seemingly bad things. But I don't get to drive my evo for quite a while now. I have a mxp exhaust and test pipe, a map downpipe, a cosworth drop in air filter, and a cobb access port all coming later this week, too. Patience is a bear! But it will be oh so sweet the next time I drive it.

I have the weirdest feeling I'ma smash a deer while I'm in WA. Haven't had to deal with them in over 5 years.

 

Deer are smarter than humans

 

Deer around here are smart, they actually get out of my way, but you also have to keep an eye out during the day too. Too often I've seen them more in the daytime rather than at night around my house.

 

No venison that night, the deer was gone. Mighta died later, but it ran away. Plus that's illegal, I'm a 100% law-abiding citizen (the cia watches these things).

I was thinking about the deer getting smarter. It seems like natural selection would make the deer smarter to cars over time. Too bad it hasn't happened around here yet.

 

Lol 100% law-abiding... I'm going to call Bull****. Modified cars and Legal don't usually go well together.
