not really such a thing as 4 bolt universal. The OZ is 4X114.3(metric) or 4X4.5(inches)

 

no...Evo's are 5 bolt...

These will fit the US lancers...(ES, LS, OZ, and ralliarts..)
as well as Hondas and Acura's... only knew this because they were on my Integra...lol.

 

8 holed rims are normaly called 4 bolt univ. because they can fit 4x100 and 4x114 but your right there is truely no rim that is completely universal

Also, 4-bolt universal does not give enough info. I understand from that statement that the wheels have two, 4-bolt patterns. Problem is that there are 3 typical 4-bolt patterns.

Can you confirm these will fit, 4x114 or 4x4.5?

Yes these will fit the OZ (4x114) as for as tires, they are 205/40/17 I would guess that there more then half the life left on the rubber...

but if you are truely interested you can come by and take a look..
