Just ordered a set of 1.5" (38mm) Hub-Centric spacers. Was going to just go with the 25mm, but I like having a bit of poke from the tires. Give the OS a wider and more aggressive stance. Then off to lifting this bad boy!

THats a pretty big size spacer. Probbaly way too much, have you seen a 25mm with a different tire size, it already pokes quite a bit. I would look into replacing your oem studs with some extended studs. That's a lot of stress on the oem ones.

For reference here's a 25mm on 235/70/15 that's just enough IMO

1.5" wil be fine. I am running 215's, that guy has 235's, so that there is 20mm, and he has aftermarket rims with like 3.5BS, much more than OEM. If it's too much, I'll swap them out. I have 1.5" spacers on my Xterra and offroad/wheel the **** out of it. I've done my measuring I'll be sure to report back though.

Got my 1.5" wheel spacers installed. Perfect fit, perfect poke, no rub, exactly what I wanted. @Nast_Nas, thanks for the info, but what you thought about 38mm spacers is way off. That picture you showed me is way excessive. For anyone else with 16's and 215 tires, if you want a more aggressive look but not over the top pick up a set of 1.5" spacers. Here are some pics, can post up more if wanted. Went ahead and bed lined the front/rear lower bumpers, wheel arches and sides. Need to go back and touch up some spots still.
