If you I install and AVIC-Z140BH with the Metra ASWC can you retain the voice dialing button functionality?

I know the hang up and the send will work?

Any ideas?

I wouldn't think so since the unit's bluetooth is independent from the OEM setup. I'll be installing mine this week so I'll let you know. Good pick too by the way.

 

Bluetooth capability would be dependent on the head u it. The adapter only gives you access to integrating the controls to the new head unit. But most aftermarket manufaturers offer that capability. I had a Clarion multimedia deck in my Land Rover and it had it (not top shelf either, the 199.00 type.)
