Agree. Here are some videos of him doing 0-100kmh runs and owning other sport rides on the street:

To your friend..
I really admire his mechanics skills, they are most impressive indeed.

Seeing the speedometer's needle rotate up to speed, that Quickly! (in the ASX/RVR/OS CUV platform) Oh man.. That's simply mind blowing!

************

HOWEVER, I'm Not so impressed with him racing on public highways/roads in his ASX screamer like his doing (as evidence, in his other two dashcam vids).
Totally reckless! And, endangering other motorists around him.
Surely there are proper 'race' tracks locally that he can let loose on instead of public roads, yes?

A guy with that kind of engineering skills and talent.. I would expect him to be more responsible when behind the wheels of such a Powerful DIY creation.
Just saying.

Better find a race track for that.

So sick. So where can I get the details on the cayenne brakes and the adapter brackets?

You're right. Generally, he is a responsible man, but we all give in to our guilty pleasures sometimes. And yes, we have plenty of racetracks around the city, so he can't be justified.

You need:
1. Professional mechanic for installation
2. Cayenne/Touareg or Q7 Brembo 6-pot calipers front and (optionally) 4-pot rear end.
3. Adapter brackets are custom-made, the smith who makes them doesn't want to give dimensions, he says its his bread and know-how. I can order them for you if you're serious.
OR try to give your smith these photos and figure out for himself.

4. You will also have to switch to BremboOK wheels.

There are also other options like Proma, AP Racing, HPB and JCB professional brake kits that will fit bolt-on. However, my friend says he tried them all and they are trash and low-reliability compaired to Brembos.

Update: Here is the Russian guy (smith) who makes adapters and brake kits to any desired specs. https://www.drive.net/users/eclipse1997/

Awesome. I guess I need to sign up for that website to be able to message him

Or if he will sell them to me that's perfectly fine too. How much shipped to the US for the brackets? Does it use front and rear brackets ?

Only front adapters are required, afaik.

I think you can easily order them from him. Just sign in and pm him. I can help translate in case he doesn't speak English well

I've worked with many Russians but can't read or speak it at all lol. Lots of awesome rides on that website but most I can't read !! Just waiting for him to give me a shipping cost and lead time to make the brackets. Most of the details I know now for the swap

If he doesn't want to mess with shipping I'd gladly pay you and have you ship the adapters too. I'm just excited to get it done

Yup, it's mostly Russian-speaking, however there are some bloggers from other countries too. When people strive to communicate they break the boundaries)

If you need help with shipment - no problem, just ask.

Update. Brackets are being fabbed up by a guy in Russia and I have the Porsche Cayenne 6 piston front 4 piston rear brembo calipers on the way. Just need to order rotors and some nice hawk pads and possibly braided brake lines too

Nice! This setup stops like mad. I think I'll do the same in spring.
