My old SAAB Turbo had those. Handy. Out of curiosity, why is some of the ETACS stuff "en francais"?

 

Because the program (Diagbox) has been developed for Peugeot and Citroen models originally. Even though one can select the language of the program during installation from some 20 or so languages, few items of the skin still remained French.
