BTW, the dealer did follow the diagnostic proc. Canbus lines etc.

And they're back... CEL is back as is the ABS/ASC warning. I did some research and it seems as though these computers eventually redo the checks after they've run for a while with a warning in place. SO panic averted - for now. Just need that new part.

She went under the knife today. And ALL FIXED! YAY!!!! Dealer was fricking AWESOME!. Mits Canada, not so much, but I am not done with them yet. I kept the old unit and will ask an EE buddy of mine to look at it (or sell it as a core to ECUtesting.com) I hope no one else faces this out of warranty.

Have y'all figured out what the P1773 code is coming from? I went to get my car inspected and it has failed twice... Says that the code is P1773..? My ABS light is currently on and so is the Service Engine Soon light.... Any suggestions? By the way it is a 2010 Lancer ES

Yeah I did - pray it is not the same thing in your case. Was the ABS control unit/pump. MSRP of $4200 CAD!! Can be had from US dealers for about half that or less.
