4G63 " Outlander "

Hello everyone! I've got one question and i hope i willl get the answear here. So i was gonna buy Evo 5-8 but i came across and " Outlander " with 2.0L Turbo engine " 4G63 " which is pretty awesome becouse i'm going to daily it and it seem like outlander is more " daily friendly " car. So my question is if it's really the same engine as in an Evo or internals are different ? Thank you.

im running 4g63 Outlander block on my 500Whp E85 Evo 8.

Only thing different is the water pump. Make sure you use Outlander water pump.

Also, do me a favor, please check if it comes with oil squirters every cylinder. Mine has it, but I bought it from a wrecked Evo 8. I don't know if they machine added the oil squirters. Please let me know.

And aside from Block and Water pump from Outlander, I used everything from Evo 8 OEM Parts.

Good luck.

@MinusPrevious Hello and thank you! Thanks for moving my thread to the correct section.

@maxroach

As far as i know all turbo 4g's comes with squirters just like 2jz engines but don't you want to delete them once you're going beyond factory power because it does not provide the same efficient of cooling and might even do worse?
