Saw a WW IX with JDM Evo 7 tail lights on 522 West today. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's 05r6. Exchanged waves and the WW went on his way on to 405 south. Nice seeing you on the road. Your ride height looks very nice. Made me self conscious about the stock 4x4 stance of my Evo.

Bad a$$ bone stock SRT-4 decided to take a turn right when I was approaching the intersection also on 522 into my lane and gas the car to show me the awesome power. It made me shake with fear of his amazing bov. Was being driven by some middle aged guy with a kid in the back. I almost rolled down my rear windows as I was passing him but decided not to so I could stay close to the fellow Evo.

 

I have nightmares about the capabilities of the bone stock SRT-4. I wake up screaming no... no.. NO!! And then cry myself to sleep while holding my blankie and sucking on my thumb.... ooops.. did I say that out loud??? Oh snap....

 

yup that'd be me sir =p I saw the black srt pull out in front of you and it made me lol.

always good to put a face on someone =p to bad my car was dirty as hell!

 

^ The confidence factor when you know another Evo is right there with you is hands down a great feeling. I got the feeling that if that SRT tried anything, he would have two angry IXs staring him down.

I've had SRT-4s that look bone stock try to challange me all the time, I just roll on by and ignore them.

 

If they challenge me, it doesn't bother me at all. When they do stupid sh*t like turn right in front of me and make me step on the brakes, that's a whole different story. Losing some brake pad material because a SRT decided they have every right to make a stupid decision like that because I'm in an Evo is never ok.

I let him go though cause I was too busy looking at 05's Evo thinking to myself "Damn the Evo looks sexy on the road."

I saw a EB IX Monday in Anacortes going up comercial, I didn't know who he was, but he seemed to be in his late 40's. and I thought I was the only one in Anacortes with a IX, and a blue one at that.

 

I would guess mid 20s. Somewhere around 23-25. That's the age range I'm in so 28 is close enough. Damn I guess I've aged.

Lmao 20 minutes late. I was just leaving from work heading towards school.

Just an intake and Jun BL exhaust. I got pulled over for it so it makes me kind of nervous. I really don't want to hack up a nice exhaust to put in a resonator. Could you hear my exhaust in your car? Yours looked like a titanium muffler. HKS?

Jestr tuned this Saturday which will be nice. Can't wait. What mods have you done to your car? I could see suspension, exhaust, VII taillights.

I just have ****ty megan turboback ^_^, drop in, no boost restrictor so 24psi~ settling to 22.5~ tuned by my buddy (John bradly) on here also known as Hurrikane. had the basic suspension done by robi a few months ago so front/rear sway, steering buschings, rear bumpstear. you know the drill =p

 

Lowered on springs? I'm leaving my stock height. The more it looks stock, the better for me. I'm done with lowering my car and having to deal with scrapes and becoming a snow plow during snowboarding season.

24psi, that's a lot of boost. I'm just hoping for 22 psi on my car at full boost tapering to no lower than 19.
