One thing that sucks worse here though is getting a ticket for no plate in the front like i did in my front yard last night. Not sure why a cop was driving through there anyway, must be looking for revenue is all i can think of.
In Cali you just velco/ zip tie a plate on, find a cop or take it to a station, they look at it and sign it off, you send in the paperwork and done.
On my citation it says i can pay $48 or fight it in court on a week day. So basicly it will cost me either way

California requires a $25 'fix it' fee or something, but velcro/ziptie is still not allowed. It has to be properly mounted on your front bumper.

Weirdest thing just happened to me...
I was at Nordstrom Rack in Northgate for a quick second exchanging some pants. I parked out in BFE, as I always do. Was maybe in the store for 10 min. When I was walking back out towards my car I noticed a couple dudes in a grey speeding by on the main road outside the parking lot. They took the corner quick into the mall parking lot. I started my car and went to leave. As I went towards the exit they rounded the corner coming towards me and ended up in my lane completely and then swerved back and yelled at me asking me to stop. I didnt stop, I just boosted it outta there. Lol
Once I was back on the freeway, I thought, oh ****... Maybe they saw someone hit or vandalize my car or something and were trying to warn me. Without speeding too fast, I hightailed it back to work and did a full walk around on my car and didnt notice anything except its super dirty.

whats up guys Im new to the area--- Anyone got someone who is good with body work? Ive got a quarter sized dent in my trunk--Its not a sharp dent it looks like maybe it can be pulled.
Also, How do you guys pass inspection up here? I dont have a cat, but my car doesnt throw a CEL, If I have autozone plug into my obd2 port and they dont see anything, am I good to go get a state inspection? Or will they do a sniff test?
