Just moved to WA a few weeks ago, now located in Kirkland.

Suggestions on who I can go to for this? I still have my test pipe on and do not have access to tools to swap the cat back on.

As long as you don't throw any codes you should be good. They can't dyno you being an AWD so they don't use the probe unless their computer can't communicate with your ECU as was the case in my 99 GSX with a 95 ECU. In that case they'll stick the probe in your pipe and make you hold the revs up for a while.
